About Us
Jim & Karen Hagen have offered guided trail rides and pack trips in the El Dorado National Forest and Mokelumne Wilderness since 1986, when they founded Kirkwood Stables, now Kirkwood Sierra Outfitters.

Alison Green has more than a decade of experience wrangling, packing, and guiding across some of the West's most rugged landscapes - most recently the Tetons & the Gospel Hump Wilderness.
